We typically process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Please be aware that any orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Information
You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies. Currently, we only ship within the United States. Most orders are delivered via third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes an item that requires freight shipping, we will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery. Please ensure your contact number is accurate during checkout for scheduling purposes.
Order Confirmation and Payment
Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been successfully registered in our system and that your credit card has been authorized. Your card will only be charged when the item is shipped. For backordered items, we may place a hold on your card to reserve the product for you. We begin processing your order as soon as it's received to ensure quick delivery.
